Terms of Service

GoblinTrove is a discovery platform. We aggregate trading-card listings from independent sellers and link you to those sellers to buy. We are not a party to any sale. Purchases happen on the seller’s own website, under the seller’s terms — we don’t handle payment, fulfilment, or returns.

You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be able to form a binding contract to use GoblinTrove.

• Selling requires applying and being approved. We may approve, decline, suspend, or remove any seller at our discretion.
• Your listings must be accurate — correct card, condition, price, availability, and a working link to your own store.
• Honour the prices and availability you list. Misleading, bait, or far-below-market listings may be held for review, hidden, or removed.
• Listing is currently free with no sale fees. We may introduce fees in future with advance notice.

Listings are provided by sellers, not by us. We don’t guarantee the price, availability, condition, or quality of any item, and we’re not responsible for your transaction with a seller. Always review the seller’s own terms, pricing, and policies before you buy.

Don’t misuse GoblinTrove — no scraping, fraud, attempts to disrupt the service, infringement of others’ rights, or posting unlawful or misleading content.

Card names, images, and game content belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and discovery. GoblinTrove’s own branding and software remain ours.

GoblinTrove is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or from any transaction with a seller. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and disputes will be handled by the Australian courts.
